Bubble Bobble: Double Shot

Bubble Bobble’s furious platforming action is perfectly recreated, replete with all the mysteries and excitement that made the original such a classic. Compact levels are divided across two DS screens, packed with delightfully realistic representations of the series’ classic monsters. Both the level pattern and the characters are rendered in line with the original’s vintage design, complementing the Bubble Bobble style nicely. Bubu, who can switch between Bub and Bob with the push of a shoulder button in the blink of an eye, has now ed Bub and Bob. A new star bubble has also been added, allowing the player to alter the color of all foes when they burst, with the opportunity to pick the color of the enemies by blasting the star bubble with the player’s chosen character. Also, there is a new means of gaining a second opportunity once all lives have been lost. Bubble Bobble Double Shot is also a must-have for any DS , thanks to various touch-screen mini-games such as bubble-based puzzles and simultaneous three-player platforming!
